Indication / reason for usePost-operative inflammation and anterior uveitis.
Usual adult dosingUveitis: 1-2 drops q1h while awake for the first week, then taper. Post-op: QID for 2 weeks.

Contact lensesAvoid lenses during treatment.
Common / important adverse effectsIOP rise (intermediate risk), blurred vision, foreign-body sensation.
Contraindications & cautionsActive epithelial herpes simplex, fungal, mycobacterial infection.
